All Fenoché Audrey jewellery is handcrafted to order.

Delivery timeframes are guided by the courier and local delivery networks and therefore sit beyond the direct control of Fenoché Audrey. Once your piece has been carefully prepared and dispatched, responsibility for its delivery rests with the appointed courier service.
Every order is sent via a secure, fully insured delivery method, with tracking details provided upon dispatch. While transit times may vary, we remain available to assist with tracking enquiries and to liaise with the courier where required.
For deliveries within the United Kingdom, parcels typically arrive within a short period once dispatched.
