All Fenoché Audrey pieces are designed and handcrafted by experienced goldsmiths and diamond setters using traditional jewellery-making techniques.
How do I find out my ring size?
We recommend that you wrap string or paper around the base of your finger. Mark the point where the ends meet with a pen. Measure the string or paper with a ruler (mm) then divide by 3.14 (or Pi) to get the diameter of the ring. Pick the closest measurement on the ring size chart to find your ring size.
What is the best way to take care of my jewellery?
Jewellery is both an investment and a piece of lasting sentimental value, and proper care is essential to maintain its appearance over time. When neglected, jewellery may tarnish or show natural wear. White gold may gradually develop a warmer tone as the underlying gold becomes visible; for this reason, we recommend rhodium plating every two to four years (depending on use) to preserve its bright silvery finish.
Jewelry tarnish is caused when the surface of the metal comes into contact with body oils, makeup, sulfur, sweat, perfumes, deodorants, lotions, and other external substances. Therefore we at Fenoché Audrey recommend you to try and keep your Jewellery dry and as far away from harsh chemicals as possible.
So to keep your Jewels gleaming and gorgeous we recommend you to:
1. Take off your jewellery before swimming and strenuous activities as salt water and chlorine can damage your jewelry.
2. take off your jewellery before applying sunscreen and bug spray.
3. Keep your jewellery away from direct sunlight.
4. Keep your jewellery away from cold water as cold water is harsh and can lead to tarnishing.
5. Take your jewellery off before going into a hot tub or swimming pool.
6. Take your jewellery off before gardening.
7. Exercise caution when using ultrasonic cleaners as these can damage jewellery.
How do I clean my Jewellery?
clean your jewellery about 2 to 6 times a year or when it is visibly dirty. You can do this by washing your jewellery with warm water and a gentle colorless and fragrance free liquid soap. Use a cloth or soft bristled brush to help get grime out of crevices and use a soft cloth or tissue dry.
Diamonds & Gemstones
All diamonds used by Fenoché Audrey are laboratory-grown. They are chemically, physically, and optically identical to natural mined diamonds.
Where applicable, diamonds are accompanied by independent certification, including IGI grading.
All gemstones are responsibly sourced or laboratory-created, with transparency and ethical standards maintained throughout the supply chain.

Does Fenoché Audrey follow ethical jewellery practices?
Yes. Fenoché Audrey is committed to responsible practices and aligns with organisations such as Diamonds for Peace, which promote integrity, transparency, and ethical responsibility within the jewellery industry.
Does Fenoché Audrey donate to charity?
Yes. Fenoché Audrey has pledged to donate 10% of net profits to charitable organisations supporting children, families, humanitarian aid, and environmental conservation. Supported organisations include UNICEF, Save the Children, ShareTheMeal, WaterAid, WWF, Rainforest Trust, Coral Reef Alliance, and Malilangwe Trust, among others.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Standard (non-bespoke) items may be eligible for return in accordance with Fenoché Audrey’s Returns & Refund Policy.
Can bespoke or customised orders be cancelled or refunded?
No. Bespoke and customised jewellery is made to order and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.
How long does the refund process take?
Generally the refund process takes 14-21 days to process and complete, for full details please refer to Returns & Refund Policy.
Shipping & Delivery
All Fenoché Audrey jewellery is handcrafted and made to order. Production typically takes 6–8 weeks. Once complete, your order will be carefully prepared and dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method.
