Returns, Refunds & Cancellations 

At Fenoché Audrey, each piece is crafted with intention and care. As a fine jewellery maison, our policies reflect the considered nature of our creations while ensuring clarity and transparency for our clients.

Returns

If you wish to request a return, you must contact Fenoché Audrey before returning any item.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging

  • Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted

Bespoke, personalised, and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.
This includes items created to your specific size, design, or specification.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • All returns must be sent using a secure, insured delivery service

  • Fenoché Audrey cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit

To initiate a return, please contact fenochecustomerservices@gmail.com. Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions.

Refunds

Personalised and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Once an authorised return has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving of the returned item

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Fenoché Audrey reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days; however, during peak or seasonal periods, please allow up to 21 days for the refund to be completed and for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction. Payment providers such as PayPal may require additional time to finalise refunds.

Returns or refund requests made after 14 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

Cancellations

Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet commenced

  • Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded

Personalised and bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

  • Fenoché Audrey cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the matter promptly and advise on the appropriate next steps.
